It seems as though with each new project we are assigned in studio, I feel more and more disconnected from who I am as a designer. I lose sight of who I am and what it is I want to do. I am looking to restore that creative urge within me.

Adorable strawberry champagne, chocolate raspberry, plain jane, chocolate truffle cupcakes, friendship, and 70 degree weather in February. Utopia.

Gift Wrapping

This past Sunday was my friend Amanda's birthday, (the friend I craft with), so naturally I seized the opportunity to avoid studio work and do some handmade work of my own. I made her envelope out of old book pages and wrapped her present (vintage novels with beautiful covers) with an old bag. I embellished it with some stamps and tags from clothing. Happy Birthday!
